TAAM, Inc. warrants that our products and accessories are free from defects material or workmanship for a period of one year from the initial date of purchase shown on the original cash register receipt. TAAM, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantablility and/or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover product conditions caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. The product and accessories should be maintained, according to the instructions, to extend product life and this warranty. We do not assume liability for loss or damage of livestock or personal property. Although this limited warranty gives you | specific rights, you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty is void if the failure of the product and accessories or any part, sealant or component thereof is due to (i) misuse, (ii) tampering, (iii) negligence, (iv) misapplication, (v) abuse, (vi) accident, and/or, (vii) a failure to properly (a) maintain, (b) clean, (c) pre-filter, (d) reassemble, (e) submerge, and/or (f) if applicable the use of product and accessories without a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). |
